CORE Physical Therapy Now in Carlsbad!
CORE Medical Center announces the opening of our newest outpatient physical therapy clinic, conveniently located in the central Carlsbad area near Faraday Avenue and El Camino Real. Our location is easily accessible for patients in the communities of central and north Carlsbad, San Marcos, Vista and Oceanside.
In addition to various manual therapy skills, our physical therapists have access to an array of the most effective exercise equipment and therapeutic modalities available, leading to pain relief and the best possible functional outcome.

Our therapists are experienced with the treatment of sports injuries, and have worked with athletes from the professional and elite amateur levels to the “weekend warrior.” Other services include:
- Active Release Technique (ART)
- Kinesiotaping/McConnell Taping
- Postural and Ergonomic Assessment
- Active Isolated Stretching

Our Physicians and staff understand how important it is to get professional and amateur athletes back into action. We evaluate each athlete’s injury and are able to rehabilitate on time frames that best suit the athlete.
CORE Orthopaedic Medical Center is committed to athletics on all levels and looks for opportunities to service the athletes in our community. Our Athlete Services Department provides the following services to athletes:
- Surgical and non-surgical treatment for athletes’ injuries.
- Orthopaedic care and physicals for high school and collegiate athletes.
- Extensive referral network to provide athletes with complete medical care.
- On-site representation of CORE Orthopaedic Medical Center Physicians and staff at sporting events.
- Team and individual athletic sponsorships.
