CORE Orthopaedic Medical Center, formerly San Dieguito Orthopedic Medical Center, has been a vital, growing part of the North County San Diego community since 1978.  Founded on the campus of Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, we have grown to include eight Board Certified physicians, a podiatrist, three physician's assistants and an acupuncturist.
