CORE Orthopaedic Medical Center is committed to advancing the standard of orthopaedic care within North San Diego County. We have built a full-service, state-of-the-art orthopaedic facility that is conveniently located on the campus of Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas demonstrating our commitment to our patients and community.
We are excited about our newly-renovated facility. The 20,000 square-foot Center is designed to service our patients more efficiently and effectively. The expanded facility offers a broad range of services including:
- New MRI facility
- Wireless, digital x-ray
- Other advanced diagnostics
- Operative and non-operative treatment alternatives
- Clinical Research
- Physical and Occupational Therapies
- Acupuncture specializing in: Tui Na (Chinese Physical Therapy) and Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine
- Patient, Workers' Compensation and Physician Education Programs
During the next year we will continue to add programs, services, and equipment to our facility. We will be able to host seminars, lectures, and educational conferences upon completion of our state-of-the-art auditorium. This will enable us to train surgeons by teleconferencing live surgeries from the operating room at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. In addition, our Center will expand some of the group's unique services including outreach programs for amateur and professional athletes, specialty services for injured workers, and health education opportunities for local employers, the medical community, patients and the general public.
