  CORE Orthopaedic Medical Center realizes how important our feet are for everyday life so we can get where we need to go at our own pace. Our physicians provide expert evaluation and treatment for injuries and disorders of the foot and ankle.

We treat a variety of conditions of foot and ankle. Our treatment includes, but is not limited to the following:

CORE Orthopaedic Medical Center has three subspecialty trained physicians to treat conditions, disorders, and injuries of the foot and ankle.

Keenan S. Carriero, D.P.M., is Board Certified in Foot Surgery, Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. He has provided medical coverage for area triathlons, marathons, and other sporting events.  Learn more about Dr. Carriero.

Michael J. Skyhar, M.D., is Fellowship Trained in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy. He is currently the team physician for Palomar College.  Learn more about Dr. Skyhar.

Gregory J. Loren, M.D., is Fellowship Trained in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy. He also completed a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Research. He is currently the team physician for Cal State San Marcos and La Costa Canyon High School. Learn more about Dr. Loren.
